MedHub Africa is a directory of publicly-sourced facility information. It is not a medical service and provides no medical advice; automated responses never answer medical questions — those are handled by people, and in an emergency you should contact emergency services directly.

“MedHub Certified” means the facility claimed its profile and submitted registration/licence documentation to MedHub, reviewed on the date shown. It is a statement about our review process on that date — not a guarantee of current licensure, accreditation, or quality of care.

“Public Hospital” is a factual category tag describing facility ownership type. It carries no claim about licensing or safety.

Listings are assembled from public sources with care, but errors can exist; verify critical details (like emergency availability) directly with the facility. Report errors via any listing page — accuracy reports are prioritised.

Reviews, when open, are identity-verified and moderated; facilities have a right of reply and a takedown path.
